Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Welcome to LEAPP. By accessing our platform, you’re joining a community dedicated to the growth and well-being of children across India. Because we deal with the "little humans," we have some "big human" rules to keep everyone safe.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to these terms on your behalf. In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, parental consent is a requirement for any data processing involving minors.
2. Our Role: The Digital Village
We act as a bridge. We provide a platform where Parents can find resources and Partners can list products or services.
- For Parents: While we vet our partners, we encourage you to exercise your own parental judgment before making purchases or bookings.
- For Partners: You are responsible for the quality, safety, and legal compliance of the items or services you provide.
3. User Accounts and Safety
- Honesty is Policy: Users must provide accurate information. No "pretending to be a grown-up" if you aren't one.
- Security: You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you suspect a breach, let us know immediately.
- Prohibited Conduct: No bullying, no inappropriate content, and no "digital temper tantrums" (spamming or hacking).
4. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions are subject to the laws of India. We use secure third-party payment gateways. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the specific partner’s policy, though we are happy to step in as a mediator if things get messy.
5. Intellectual Property
Everything you see here—the logos, the cute illustrations, and the code—belongs to LEAPP. Please don’t "borrow" our content without permission; we’re teaching the kids about sharing, but legal copyrights are a different story.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive for perfection, but we aren't superheroes. LEAPP is not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the site or third-party partner products. We provide the platform "as is."
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of New Delhi.
